I purchased a new 853 skid steer from Lano of Anoka in 1995The interactions I had back then were very good. I only dealt with the service department a couple times for minor issues with positive results. I know live 275 miles from Lano. I’ve lost faith in the bobcat service close to where I currently live. So 27 years after my purchase I figure I’m going to have to make the trip to LanoFor an issue that I could not resolve. I called Lano service department to make an appointment for my problem, I explained my situation and the distance to bring machine in. Rather than make ã appointment$$$ he said he’d get someone on the phone that knew more about my 853 I’m guessing somebody like me OLD.In a very shot time I was speaking with Jay. After a short description of the issue Jay suggested what I try. Then he said if that doesn’t work “call me back” I did call him back. Thank you JayHis experience, professionalism and willingness to help, asking nothing in return is one of the reason I see so many positive reviews.
