Shipping timelines provided by Lano Equipment are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. External factors such as weather conditions, carrier operational delays, customs clearance issues, labor disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete shipping information may impact delivery schedules and are outside of Lano Equipment’s control.

We recommend that customers closely monitor tracking information provided by the carrier upon shipment. In the event of a delay, damage, or loss during transit, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the carrier. Lano Equipment is not liable for missed deadlines, downtime, or any associated costs or inconveniences resulting from shipping delays or delivery failures once the shipment has departed our facility.
For high-value or time-sensitive shipments, customers may request expedited shipping or additional insurance coverage at their expense. Please contact our customer service team prior to shipment for any special arrangements.
Please be advised that all packages delivered to your address will require a signature upon receipt. This policy is in place to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your items.
